How to apply for our pathway programmes

You can apply to join us at the NCUK International Study Centre either online or through your local agent. Follow these simple steps to complete your application and start your journey with us.

Application process

Apply online

Submit your application by completing the online form.

After applying, our admissions team will contact you to request the following documents:

  • A copy of your passport
  • Your academic transcript and certificate
  • Proof of your English language level (UKVI IELTS or equivalent)
  • A personal statement

We may ask for extra documents if needed. If so, we will let you know.

Admissions assessment

Our team will review your application and documents. Some students may need a short interview as part of the process, so please be ready in case we contact you.

Offer letter

We will send you an offer letter. It may be conditional and we’ll let you know what we will need from you, or it will be unconditional. If we think the course is not right for you, we will suggest an alternative.

Accept your offer

To secure your place, you must meet all conditions and pay a deposit. If you need a visa to study in the UK, you may also have to provide extra documents or attend a credibility interview. We will guide you through this process.

Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)

Once you have paid your remaining fees, met all the conditions of offer and passed a credibility interview it required, we will confirm your place and send you a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). You will need this to obtain a visa.

Please note a CAS can only be issued up to six months before the start of the course (if you apply from outside the UK) or up to three months (if you are eligible to apply from within the UK).

Apply for your visa

If you need a visa, you must apply before traveling to the UK. It is your responsibility to secure a visa in time. Without a valid visa, you will not be able to start your course.

Arriving in the UK

We recommend arriving on the weekend before your course starts. Please inform us of your travel plans so we can send you important pre-arrival information.
