iQ Sterling Court is a convenient choice for students studying at NCUK International Study Centre, based at Malvern House London. It’s roughly a ten-minute walk to Wembley Park station which services the Jubilee & Metropolitan Underground lines.
World famous Wembley Stadium, home of football is right on your doorstep, with the beautiful pedestrianised Olympic Way, full of shops, cafes and restaurants a couple of minutes’ walk away. For music fans, Wembley Arena concert space is also close by, hosting world-famous artists.

Our House share accommodation offers a comfortable and contemporary living experience in a shared house setting. Students can choose from twin, double, or single rooms, all tastefully decorated in a modern style. Each house features a communal living area with a TV and access to a garden or outdoor space — perfect for relaxing with housemates.
Bathrooms are modern and fully tiled, and kitchens are fully equipped with a washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and all essential cooking utensils. To ensure a clean and welcoming environment, common areas and bathrooms — including en-suite facilities — are cleaned weekly.

Homestay accommodation is required for students under 18 and provides an opportunity to experience local life in a family-friendly setting. Students can immerse themselves in British culture, practice English, and gain real-life experiences.
Hosts vary in lifestyle, interests, and professions but all share a passion for supporting international students. Students can choose meal plans like self-catering, bed and breakfast, or half board, with special dietary needs accommodated in advance.
All hosts are DBS-checked and approved by the local council to ensure safety. Homestays are usually 25–60 minutes from the city center by public transport.
